Non-Circumvention Clause

The CareersHeights platform exists to facilitate introductions, communications, scheduling, and payments between Users and Experts. This Non-Circumvention Clause is intended to protect the integrity of the Platform and ensure that all services initiated through CareersHeights are conducted on the Platform.

Users and Experts agree that they shall not, directly or indirectly, attempt to bypass, avoid, or circumvent the CareersHeights Platform.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Requesting, sharing, or using personal contact information (including email addresses, phone numbers, social media handles, or messaging apps) for the purpose of conducting services off the Platform;
• Sharing external scheduling links (e.g., Calendly or similar);
• Sharing external payment links or requesting payment outside the Platform (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, e-transfer, cash);
• Encouraging or agreeing to conduct sessions, consultations, or follow-on services outside the Platform;
• Suggesting reduced fees or other incentives in exchange for off-platform transactions.

Any interaction, introduction, booking, or relationship that originates through the CareersHeights Platform must remain on the Platform for all paid services, including follow-on or repeat engagements, unless expressly authorized in writing by CareersHeights.

All payments for services initiated through CareersHeights must be processed exclusively through the Platform's approved payment systems.

CareersHeights reserves the right to:

• Monitor communications and activity on the Platform for compliance with this clause;
• Use automated systems to detect circumvention attempts;
• Issue warnings or educational notices;
• Restrict features or visibility;
• Suspend or terminate accounts;
• Withhold or recover payments where circumvention is identified.

Violation of this Non-Circumvention Clause may result in one or more of the following actions, at CareersHeights' sole discretion:

• Immediate suspension or termination of the account;
• Removal from the expert directory;
• Forfeiture of unpaid earnings related to the circumvention;
• Permanent ban from the Platform.

This Non-Circumvention Clause shall survive termination of the account for any reason and shall apply to any services or relationships initiated through the Platform.

By using the CareersHeights Platform, Users and Experts acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Non-Circumvention Clause.
